Doma customer closes loans 30 days faster | News

Since AdvantageFirst began using Doma’s technology to process refinancing applications, processing times have been significantly sped up, according to Doma. These requests took up to 10 days. Now, 77 percent of these requests receive a property decision in less than a minute.

“Always communication is day and night compared to what we are used to,” Jeff Ravenstein, Executive Vice President of Operations, AdvantageFirst, said in a statement. “Between our rapid response times and the deployment of instant address technology, we are now closing up to 30 days faster. We are excited to continue to work and grow our partnership with Douma to streamline our operations further while expanding our offerings across the East Coast.”

Prior to working with Doma, AdvantageFirst faced long waits from equity providers, which increased costs and reduced the ability to process loans, according to Doma.
